Removal of inactive and permanently blocked users from verse page lists

Guys, keep in mind that you don't just remove users after seeing the "inactive" tag. That tag appears even if you're only inactive for a few months. You have to check their contributions to see if they have been inactive for over a year.

Not sure, but what matters is that it is disabled, it could have been by fandom or his choice.

If he is able to return I did list everything I removed him from.

Also shouldn't this be a bit more organized? Right now it's just random people editing random verses, plus I need to check above if said verse is already edited or not.
 
@Spino; that's why we have people posting it here instead of editing the verses without telling anyone.

This way at least you can do a quick search on the thread to see if a verse has been touched.
