Reimu's too haxxy and skilled for Orange to have a chance to really hit her. Stuff like probability manip and passive spatial dodging means that no. And once Reimu decides to go FN it's over.

Meanwhile Reimu can probably pull a spatial manip to bypass her dura, eventually.

That's not how that works. If Reimu has passive spatial dodging then it doesn't matter what Orange's AP is because she can't get any hits in period.
