Touhou Project: PC-98's Canonicity (Yes, again)

I wonder how this will affect the Windows era powerscaling economy. Will it boost the Windows era low tier's scaling upwards in the tiering system? I could imagine someone arguing the windows' low tiers are stronger because they scale from PC-98 characters.

No. This won't really change scaling much, just giving the high tiers an objective low 2-C feat to scale from (Shinki creating Makai).

I guess so. I'm not sure about scaling physical stats but combined with her profile in IaMP, I think the bit about her having a weak body may not be that reliable. I'd have to double check that scan though.

Anyways yeah a grace period is fine. If Saikou or DT doesn't challenge this in a few days then that's on them.

I assume that there will be CRTs to handle the PC-98 charas, as their pages look quite garbage rn?
 
Will apply the changes later, and make a mini CRT for PC-98 additions down the line. What else needs to be applied besides removing the keys and adding the new low 2-C feat?
