I'd rather not have to separate them forcibly. If Scarlet tries to run away there's a chance I'll lose Amy with her. Even if we can successfully separate them by force, coming into conflict with the other two might be problematic depending on their relationship with the other groups... I think Silas was friendly with one of them too... He might not like the idea of fighting them either.
"In any case, limiting her activities seems to be the best option for now. I'll see what she has to say before deciding what to do next. Go ahead and make the device if you think it might be necessary."
