Come one come all to The Super Cool 8-B Tournament! In our fifth match of round 1: we have a matchup!!! so awesome. The Latest Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka! And the Undead Swordsman, Zombie!

So Giyu has a nearly 2x AP advantage here, and is infinitely more skilled because the Zombie is stupid. He also has a sword and his starting move is decapitation because of how demons work. The Zombie is, for all intents and purposes, a Human (with some additional abilities), he doesn't even have tricky regen to get around or anything.

tl;dr Giyu slams.

You say that like the armor protects the one part of the body Giyu will go for: the neck.

Giyu uses Water Breathing, which has techniques that are literally designed to be more efficient and deadly when used underwater. See Chapter 12 of Demon Slayer, Tanjiro (also a Water Breathing user) explicitly says "I know a technique for generating strength underwater" and then uses the 6th Form: Whirlpool to cut up some demons while submerged.

Giyu could still handle them pretty easily. A beyond 2x AP adv and a sword are a massive deal.

Giyu ~= Sanemi > Marked Muichiro >~ Marked Mitsuri > Hantengu > Kaigaku ~= Zenitsu ~= Kanao ~= Doma >>>>>> 70.1 tons (Doma did the feat while literally dying of poison, he took 700x the lethal dose)
