1, No. Things like reality warping, conceptual manipulation, nonexistence. Something along those lines.
2. If something kills Giorno then it probably destroyed GER as well. Unless you are thinking about natural death, such as dying of old age. Then, I have no idea.

1. No, Giorno is just practically invincible, though GER can be countered by acasual beings, immortality, passive abilities, and other things said in the post above
2. If Giorno dies, GER ceases to exist, yet GER's ability would protect Giorno until his natural death
3. Nope, Giorno does not control GER as GER has control over itself, it's basically Giorno's overprotective Standparent as it controls itself, speaks for itself, acts on it's own, and has only one goal: Protect Giorno Giovanna from all harm
