That's why they have "at least" in front of the rating.

It's just basic upscaling, The World and Anubis got it too.

We don't do upscaling by that degree without a calc being at least close to the gap (or a multiplier, that too), the best calc is like 3x+ away from the +. Best he can get is a "at least", and "unquantifiably" isn't a thing.

Yes. He's above a dude, who's above a dude who gets swifter with every attack, that is above a MFTL dude. Basic upscaling, gets an "at least", which would be why he has an "at least". In fact, he's quite easily said to be the fastest Stand that isn't GER.

We don't give ratings that way
"at least" already means the character in question scales far above the calc but doesn't have enough evidence to scale to the next tier
"Likely Mftl+" has no basis.
No new calc or a multiplier.

That's what I've been saying, "unquantifiably" isn't a thing.
We got flatout, we got "at least", we got "at most", we got "lower", etc but we don't got that.

Unless he gets some dbz-esque multiplication from somewhere (dont exist) or a new legitimate feat or calc comes out that he can scale to, he's kinda stuck where he's at.

Only way GER hitting MFTL+, is if we make a Novel GER profile has like a 4000c feat, though that wouldn't scale to canon regardless.

He can blitz MFTL dudes like King Crimson, we could reword it yeah, but the actual extent and values don't change at all.
