Chara really isn't Genocide Frisk. Chara states that evry time Frisk kills something that they (Chara) grows stronger. Genocide Firsk=/=Chara, but rather Chara follows Frisk and gains more power. Also, Chara doesn't become as powerful as their tier suggests until the end of the game. And that was after Chara was stat-boosted. The two shouldn't really scale to each other.Wokistan said:

End of Genocide Frisk is considered Chara for the purposes of this site, I believe.

Tbh imo, the only time that Chara probably was Genocide Frisk or at least possessing them was in the battle against Sans. I was asking for G Frisk's tier because I wanted to do a battle between them and The Batter. Btw, is there anyway for Batter to defeat End of Genocide Frisk?

Is it allowed to restrict/limit the amount of SAVE/LOADs Frisk can do?

You can't restrict powers besides tier jumps if you want to add the match to profiles.
If you don't care about adding it to profiles, do whatever you want with your match.
