So Peketo seems to be a bit stronger being 0.07292493239 tons vs Frisk's 0.044 tons. Does Peketo have any way to get around Frisk LOADing?

Making Frisk give up, which is going to take a hella long while, but possibly infinite stamina and being able to come back to life to nearly anything (Frisk can't really do much since they don't kill IC apparently?) should probably allow him to do it. eventually...

Is it instant? If it is, then yeah, Frisk probs gets the dub, since the opponent only wakes up when attacked, and Frisk doesn't kill IC, but if it is not instant, is it possible to interrupt the song half-way?

What Frisk does or doesn't do IC is a baseless thing because everything they do is from the Player. They definitely can go for the kill if they want to, after all they can kill everything they encounter in No Mercy routes despite those not being Genocides.

Good luck with doing that enough to where Frisk will permanently stay dead.

Flowey, who has less determination than frisk, was killed so many times he gave up forcing a full reset and did that several times and still wasn't killed permanently.

Putting frisk down that way is pretty damn difficult.
