Why do we have Kingdom Hearts at 4-B? I know it has to do with them being superior to Zeus, who moved hundreds of stars. However, this calc only put the feat at High 4-C. Specifically 4.22 FOE

However, the absolute baseline for Solar System is at least 22 FOE, so even if they are superior to Zeus' 4 FOE feat, it is still considerably below the 22 FOE baseline.
Similarly, Tatsumaki from One Punch Man has an EXTREMELY casual High 6-C+ feat, which is about 952 Gigatons. Because this feat was, like, really casual, and it is just below the 1 Teraton needed for Small Country, someone tried to upgrade her to Low 6-B. However, one of the staff members told them that's not how that works (can't remember who) and said they could only settle for At least High 6-C, likely higher.
If that's the case, I don't see how this is any different.
So unless I'm missing something, which you can tell me, probably something along the lines of the scale from character after character, I propose they be changed to At least High 4-C+, likely higher/much higher.
Also, someone said for the justification for the rating that Zeus isn't even a blimp on Xehanort's radar, but couldn't this just be chalked up to him wanting the power of Kingdom Hearts more? Again, if I am missing something, please let me know.
