Mid(or Low-mid) regen is a hard sell since most of DD is haxless lmfao, and those that aren't are mid hax unfortunately
Also the closest thing to that one would be Mama Bear and she kind of relies on being at an AP advantage to be effective, unlike, say, Joy Kill who's in-character let's him fight on either side of the AP coin
