If he can actually do it as in being his power and if it is the actual screen could be 4th wall breaking but need more imformation but i dont see how would spacial manipulation apply here maybe if he was actually dividing universe but if its the screen i dont think that would apply anyways

Hmm yes but it depends a lot on the context, the Time Lords basically made it impossible to time travel to the future or past of Gallifrey using Time Locks

Basically in Mashle top-class wizards are resistant to time magic
And time magic in the verse includes things like time stop, age manipulatio, casuality manipulation, (possible) EE and time travel
But I don't know how to apply it
