Abandoned OR Outdated Verses Help Thread

If a calc member could, might I have some help with this moon stuff. A user has serious problems with it, I'm not smart enough to confidently say I'm right about the points I'm making (but since I have no other current choice I will), and it's turning into a back and forth that feels like it's going nowhere.
 
Name: Realm of the Mad God

issue: Horrifically outdated profiles especially for the classes who are about a decade out of date, with the only fully decent profile is Oryx himself. All scaling is already laid out and set in stone, I just don't have the energy to handle that many profiles, especially not ones of the complexity of the Classes.

Solution: a lot of legwork with profile creation and wiki surfing.
 
Name Of Verse: High School DxD
Issue: Verse has really outdated profiles. (I'm working to resolve this with CRTs but the speed section won't be able to be worked on until calcs are approved.)
How To Resolve It: Approval of Calcs. (There's about 21 calcs and some have been waiting since July to be approved.)

Issue: Is there someone who ever read the VN? I'm gonna do it myself.
How To Resolve It: I need a lot of manpower to revive the verse. A lot of help from anyone.

How to Resolve It: The current top-tier revision is being stalled because of calcs that need to be evaluated. These are the calcs in question.

Guess I should ask since I'm basically the one who advertises their verse the most lol. What should be the minimal waiting period before asking for help over here (Just dropped a new CRT and........ not gonna lie, never expected to be using cosmic terms when referring to ANYTHING in this franchise but Leonardo Da Vinci dream hax disagrees apparently!)

Here's the CRT, obviously there's no real issue (yet) as it's not even 24 hours old. But yeah, even with previous knowledge about Part 4 it completely blanked on me how ridiculous those mental feats are. (Doesn't scale to literally anything in the franchise physically, only thing that could be argued is one feat of being crushed by two icebergs and a supernatural willpower feat. Both applying to Lupin himself)

World of Darkness finally has a CRT. And quite a big one at that. We just need a lot more engagement and staff looking into it, preferably as many votes as possible, that way everyone can speak their mind/perspectives.
 
Name Of Verse: Lupin III

Issue: Complete lack of calculations, the verse is in a very weird place as while there are various examples which showcase a higher degree of stats then what's currently accepted, only one of them have an actual calculation for it with the rest of them not having anything to work with. Because of this the verse is being denied a higher rating as the feats on a eyeball level aren't apparently impressive enough to warrant the specific rating that is calculated.

How To Resolve: I need quite a few feats calculated in order to improve the stats for it. Various of the feats include cloud feats, pocket dimensions, alongside some more conventional things like a giant explosion or being crushed by two giant icebergs. I mean, aside from certain profiles missing EoS stuff like Lance and Dot, the biggest offense is missing God Tier scaling. We already have speed, it's just 100x what we have already, but AP? Nothing, no calculation for Mash pushing the continent or conversations over certain fanbook statements. The only thing we can work with is Innocent Zero seemingly stopping the moon for the eclipse, but that's lower than what we currently have.
 
Name Of Verse: Shovel Knight
Issue: Few supporters, profiles lack scans, lots of stuff missing stuff from Shovel Knight Showdown, Shovel Knight: Dig, and Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon, a few things missing from Shovel of hope and the other campaigns primarily context.
How To Resolve It: I mostly need help finding scans including for abilities not on the profiles (two of these games are rougelikes)
 
Name of Verse: Redo of Healer

Issue: Literally no supporters due to verse being understandably unpopular, only profile is hopelessly outdated despite an accepted calc blog, and my attempt to make a revision thread to at least get this less-than-likable verse up to par with Wiki page standards was rebuffed due to a lack of other pages for the verse, and I suspect because staff would literally rather ignore it than revise it. Understandable, but not good for the Wiki.

How to Resolve It: At this point it's probably best to delete it entirely due to extremely sub-par pages for a verse that isn't popular anyway. If that isn't possible then the solution is at very least to apply my revision to update that character to their correct place, and maybe if someone can swallow their puke long enough, make at least a page for Flare, the mage in it. I guess I could make the page if need be.
 
Name of Verse: Cautious Hero
Issue: Largely outdated ability lists (all of the profiles make use of Gaeabrande Arc stats and abilities only; stats are universal, but abilities definitely aren't)

I just want to point it out that I think Pokemon needs some drastic help.

Very popular verse, very little dedicated direction, no standardized formatting or anyone on the same page. Loads and Loads of outdated and badly formatted pages with little to no real direct scaling. No concrete sense of canon, the list goes on.

As a really popular series, there should need to be some efforts in bringing it to modern day standards.

Name of Verse: Seven Deadly Sins/Four Knights of The Apocalypse

Issue: Most of the recent upgrade threads have been bumped tens of times without any staff member giving his opinion.
Loads of profiles to create for 4kota characters with load of abilities to add.

How to Resolve it:
Just need people to give their opinion on the upgrades.
 
Name of the verse: Gods of Pegāna

Issue: This verse needs a lot of rework and updates. It only has one supporter and I don't know if there's someone else who read the book.

How to resolve it: Someone has to review the entire book and upgrade it to their corresponding Tier.
 
I'm currently reworking the Dead Rising-verse. I have sandbox pages for the three protagonists and zombies, and I've created pages for the protagonists of Los Perdidos' Untold Stories (Dead Rising 3 DLC).

All that's left is to rework the pages of the bosses/psychopaths who already have a page and create one for those who don't have one (most of them), but there are a lot of them, so would some people be willing to help please?

I think it's best if there are three of us working on it, one to take care of the bosses/psychopaths from DR1, one for those from DR2 and one for those from DR3.

Issue: Outdated tiers, a lot of characters needed to be added since no one even touched this verse.

How to resolve it: Watch the show and calculate the power and read the lore for power scaling
 
Name of Verse: Total Drama

Issue: A ton of scaling issues, including outdated explosion calcs (as in explosions using the 20 psi overpressure value prior to the addition of the Explosions Yield Calculation pages that would force scrutiny on explosions), exaggerated explosions (explosions that are claimed to be much larger than they actually are), one incalculable feat (a water mine explosion; which I checked and SpaceBattles deemed that impossible to calc) and two feats using a questionable scaling method (a water calc, and one explosion measuring off a mushroom cloud instead of the base of the explosion)

How to Resolve It: Hoo boy...

1. Outdated Explosion Calcs: Use more appropriate explosion yields based on the effects of said explosions. Use chart in Explosion Yields Calculations page for references.
2. Exaggerated Explosion Calcs: Oftentimes these are based on far-shots, not on close-up shots which show the actual explosion results. Use close-up shots when possible and account for discrepancies between apparent and actual results.
3. Incalculable Feat: Yeah, just use the explosive yield from the naval mine's wiki page. There's no way possible to get around that.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naval_mine#Moored_contact_mines
4. Questionable Scaling Methods: For the water feat, see this thread (currently 2-2): https://vsbattles.com/threads/fluid...-question-of-accuracy-calc-group-only.176318/ ; For the mushroom cloud feat, refer to Point #2 as that feat also falls under the "Exaggerated Explosion Calcs" umbrella.

If all this is done correctly, I predict that there will be a versewide nerf to 8-A.
