It is an hax unless you can actually prove that the amp he gave was made by giving a significant boost his own energy, if you can prove that then you can prove he has enough energy to tear a hole in space time. Anyways as far as i know there is no calculable tear from tearing a hole in space time unless it was an actuall black hole
