Powers & Abilities Evaluations Thread

What ability is it to prevent someone from reaching enlightenment/Nirvana? For context, in this verse, reaching enlightenment includes the shedding of the physical body, rejection of one's own existence and achieving a state akin to emptiness/void, and ascending to a different dimension.

Sounds like power null

Sorry to keep posting here, but is hearing the sound of another dimension cosmic awareness? Not sounds produced in that dimension, but rather the ambient noise of that dimension existing.

Anyway, this is more about resistance?

If let's say character A can transform into virtually anything, books, chairs, buildings etc, could that give him resistance to transmutation?

Logically he should be able to transform freely no?

Can they do it after being transmutated? Since if they just turn into a gold they wont be able to use their powers

In chapter 22 of Dragon Ball, a character called Puar demonstrated the ability to transform into what resembled, appeared to function as and was said to be a pair of scissors and then severed a large-sized character's tail from his body. Transforming in this manner does not seem to increase physical strength nor ki.
Which power, if any, should Puar having cut another character using this "scissors" form be listed as on the Powers and Abilities section of a character profile?

Is it causality based Invulnerability/power null?
Skill: Renegade Pulse
Effect: Prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to this user by your opponent.
By preventing the efftect, nothing affects it from, time hax, probability, damage transferral, regen negation, etc etc

What ability is being able to leave the narrative.

There's no R >F but he can decide to leave, let's say the video game and play it himself

But they are called laws wouldn't that be law manipulation?
If the character doesnt make the laws himself then its not law manipulation, for example Spider sense is a passive ability of spiderman thats not law manipulation. If the character granted a passive ability to someone thats power bestowal if those passives are actually stated to be laws and consistent with laws then the person who granted them can possibly have law manipulation but the person who got it does not.

Speed I'm gonna be 100% honest, I know exactly what this is referring to and I have seen the arguments for it. It's not law manipulation.

What ability is being able to talk to concepts? Character A talks to the concept and and asks them to do something so the concept does what he wants

I would say Concept Manip if he/she could convince the concept to change or something like that.

I mean if he/she could convince the concept
That is just social influence. If I talk to the concept of fire to burn something and it does what I say, I'm not manipulating it to do what I want, I'm convincing it to do what I want

Would it be NPI to talk to concepts?
