Possible upgrade for Flash (Walley West)

A upgrade that Wally can travel to any dimension: Walley West has traveled through dimensions, He ran to the end of time to save his wife Linda. Wally has also travled dimensions when he came back to Earth 1 to avenge Bart´s death. The reason Wally can travel through any universe is because Barry can with the cosmic treadmill but Wally doesn´t need the cosmic treadmill. So other times Wally has ran through dimensions are in Flash Wars, Titans Rebirth, and Flash/Speed Buggy. The speedforce is a dimension.

You cannot use out of continuity Crossovers to scale from.

I do not see any proof of being able to travel between universes in in continuity stories.

Dimensional Travel: Wally West has shown to be able to traverse time and dimensions with his own powers, unlike Barry Alle (although Barry eventually found a way to travel throughout time/space and other dimensions with his own powers) and the other speedsters. However, Wally now accelerates to the point that he is skirting the very edge of the Speed Force dimension or even entering it. He can traverse along the time-stream to specific points as they become visible, much like watching a movie in fast forward or reverse.

Wally can travel into the speedforce which is a dimension. For a referance read Flash rebirth 2009. Final Crisis & Titans rebirth. in all of those comics wally has been in and out of the speedforce.
