It literally says that SCP-053 Is one of the Four Horsemen of The Apocalypse (she is Death), and according to Clef (001)'s profile, each Horseman holds a fraction of SCP-343's power. And SCP-682 is her steed.

Possible upgrade for her?
 
Yes, she is getting an upgrade from this as well as an upgrade from her Leviathan form from Those Who Lived On
