Considering how Kirby-verse has feats way above this, it shouldn't be an outlier and plus, KE could make for a good feat

I don't think you can do KE calcs for a character's speed unless they specifically attack by ramming into you. City level Waddle Dees seems kind of inflated to me, anyways.
