When Fused Zamasu was gonna becoming one with universe 7's main timeline, Beerus knew that Zamasu was affecting both the present and future but still thought nothing of it. Wouldn't this make God tier characters "possibly 2-C?

Simply being stronger than a Low 2-C isn't anywhere near enough to warrant 2-C.

Characters can be as high as 10,000 times baseline without being 2-C.

Zamasu was still Low 2-C at the time. He never even became 2-C.

We also didn't rate Beerus as Low 2-C back then based on just him not fearing Zamasu, as it's only usable as a supporting feat.

This has been asleep for quite some time (internet problems). So as I was saying, When Supreme Kai said that he's never felt such energy before, he could be referring to Zamasu that's low 2-C or One that was gonna be Straight 2-C. Think about it, Ot would make sense if Zamasu was high end low 2-C because he started to affect the main timeline. Then a suppressed Jiren is way above that Zamasu. So if Zamasu was just about to be 2-C at the last minute, why wouldn't the others get a "possibility 2-C" rating? Also I want this to rais attention because I want to see people with different opinions on this.

Zamasu never became 2-C, he would have over a unknown period of time, he only spilled over into another timeline, we have no idea how long it would have taken him to take over it, seriously jiren could be a million times stronger and still wouldn't 2-C, zamasu only begun to take over a small portion of a second timeline, in comparison to an entire universe, that's minuscule, there should be no possibility 2-C rating.

I agree with Celestial and Saikou on this one. Unless Jiren and Goku demonstrate some level of 2-C feats in the next three episodes, I don't see anyone else getting this rating in Super.

Zamasu was Low 2-C when Beerus sensed his presence. He would've become 2-C but he was erased before that.

Anyway, there is no confirmation that hakaishins can destroy 2 universes on their own. So they are not 2-C. They should be at the higher end of Low 2-C because two of them can destroy 2 universes as collateral damage even when fighting inside one of the universes.
