Pokémon Reburst: Songs of the People RP

Charley buzzed around the room and was difficult to spot thanks to his high speed. "Now I'm kinda excited to how I do in battle."
 
Diogo slowly opened his eyes as he quickly grew accustomed to his Burst form. Previously 5'11, the Trainer was now 6'5, resembling an anthropomorphic Archen with an increased muscle mass, giving him the appearance of an Olympic athlete. With the Archen's father a Noivern, the Burst user bore the colors of the Flying/Dragon type.

Diogo parted his lips in a grin, revealing his new dagger-shaped teeth and enlarged canines, letting out a near-silent "Wryyy..." as he relished his new form.
 
Thomas looked himself over with astonishment, his entire attire having been transformed on him. Now, he was wearing a dark blue one-piece leotard, that puffed out around the ankles and wrists, while the sleeves stretched out slightly over his hands. He reached up and felt a piece of cloth around his neck, similar to a jester's collar. He smiled and whooped at the top of his lungs, "Yeah, this is great! I knew this Burst thing would be a piece of cake!" He then began to wonder how he should practice this strange, new power of his.
 
I levitate towards Purple.

"Your Burst Form is beautiful, what do you think of mine? I look like an ancient priest"
 
Nicholas floats around the room before floating near Haruto.

"Would I be correct in guessing that it usually doesn't happen this quickly?"
 
Alexander feels a massive surge of strength as he takes his first step in the new form the ground cracks beneath his new power and weight.
 
Haruto chuckled. "That's an understatement," he said with a small smile. "It took Kaedae and I several months to obtain our reps burst forms, and several more to learn how to use them effectively.

Jasmine, meanwhile, was wearing goggles that looked like diamonds, had a black hoodie with horns over it and a red gem at the center, gigantic, razor sharp teeth, and gauntlets that had claws and nails on them. She chuckled, revealing those shiny teeth. "Oh, man. This is awesome."

Spring, meanwhile, was wearing a simple pink suit, which included a long sleeved shirt and sweatpants, with little shin guards and elbow guards, with a helmet that had the design of the two branches signature of a Hoppip. He frowned. "This is...weird."

"And...you all feel fine?" Kaedae asked. "You feel...stronger? More powerful? It feels like it has worked correct?"
 
"Certainly, I feel better than ever. It's a bit weird to get used to, but I'll manage." Nicholas says, as he fires off a ball of electricity at one of the targets.
 
"This power," Diogo growled with a toothy grin as he clenched his fist, popping noises being heard as he did so. "It's like it was meant to be mine from the very beginning. It's far more intense than anything I've ever felt before." The trainer flexed his arms as he looked down upon himself, enjoying every bit of his new power.
 
"I feel better than fine!" Thomas exclaimed. Then, he felt something in the back of his mind telling him to try something, and the prospect of it put an even wider smile on his face. Thomas placed his hand around his mouth in a circle, like as if he was blowing out a horn, and he began to blow. Instead of air, however, he began to blow a bubble from the end of his hand. Initially surprised, he continued to breathe another breath into the bubble, and another, and another. And the bubble got bigger and bigger, until it was even bigger than Thomas himself. He let go, the bubble managing to stay solid, and then he leaped to superhuman heights until he found himself standing on the top of his bubble, after a little bit of unsteadiness as he attempted to balance on it.

"Hey, check this out!" Thomas cried out happily, as he wondered how he knew he was able to do this.
 
Breath in, Breath out, Breath in, Breath out.

At the same time, my aura was doing the same, constantly coming in and out of my body. Experiment with it abit, I bring out my aura onto my right hand, and concentrate it into a spinning sphere of aura.

"Yeah, I feel more connected." I said to them
 
Charley looked at Thomas "That's cool but can you do this?" He began doing a wide variety of spins, tricks, and rolls in the air.
 
"Right, well, don't get too cocky now. Or...hmm," Kaedae grinned a little before chuckling. "Which one of you feels the lost confident in your new forms? I want you to have a little test run first. Just one of you will do...or I can take on more than one. Depends on how impatient you are."
 
"Huh?" Thomas said as he slid down the side of his bubble, which popped quietly behind him as soon as he got off. "Uhh, sure. I suppose this could be pretty fun!"

After a moment, Thomas thought about it and said, "Um, could you take it easy though? If this Burst form does what I think it does, wouldn't that mean you'd have a huge advantage over me?"
 
"I might as well test out this new body of mine," Diogo decided as he rolled his shoulders. "It'd be good to see my full capabilities in this form."
 
"Hmm.. Very well, I shall give it a shot. I want to see the potential this form has." Nicholas said as he floated around the room.
 
"I think it would be better if we started battling each other first, you know? You are in all likelyhood FAR stronger than us at this point."
 
"Fighting each other, I'm sorry to say, would be the equivalent of watching two newly hatched Pokémon wrestle. It'd only be a distraction. Besides, this'll only be for a moment."

"Hell Yeah, I'd be up for it!" Jasmine chuckled.

"Uh...I'm gonna pass," Spring muttered as he glanced down at the ground.
 
"Who goes first is completely up to you," she said with a small grin as she held her hands out to her sides. "Hit me."
 
Nicholas looks at Kaedae for a moment, his body seems to change color, it is now green and purple. "Conversion Complete. I am ready. Who will fight alongside me?"
 
"I call dibs!" Jasmine said as she raised her hand up and walked over to Nicholas. It was impossible to see her eyes through those goggles. She grinned wider. "We can take her."
