I made this to help with scaling. This is to help with a basic idea, and all Pokemon will be treated on a case-by-case basis anyway.

Let me remember that you made a thread for the Pokémon feats. A mass of Magikarp jumping is Large Town level, also Salamence scales to Tyranitar since he burned mountains.

so considering that magikarp is considered the weakest pokemon, all pokemon are at least large town level

That feat appeared in the Anime and was done by a large mass of Magikarp, not individually.

However a plethora of Magikarp could scale to a regular Gyrados
