with the new field, Buddha is able to actually land some hit and Happy can't safely spam. So I'm leaning on Buddha for the original argument of being above baseline and higher AP

If he's so above baseline then wouldn't it be fair to use her stronger 5-B key

Not really, yeah he is far above baseline, but nothing suggests that he can one-shot her so there's no reason to just use another key. Especially since they both have win cons in their first keys.

Forcefields might be a bit of a problem for Buddha, the speed amp while impressive doesn't do much for her, since as I've pointed before, Hajun was way faster than Zerofuku, but the will of the soul remains the same, and Buddha simply had to move a bit earlier to counter.

The point I'm trying to make here is that she can use her speed to play keep away so he's going to have a lot of trouble even reaching her

That was before the whole stage change. I'm keeping my vote for Buddha cuz in a city, I could see him use the environment to close the distance with him and Happy.

Yeah, then I really don't know who to vote for, Happy can keep her distance and spam her attacks, but Buddha can pull out his shield and keep blocking, at the same time, Buddha can't close the distance cuz of Happy's flight efficiency, so my final vote is Incon.
