Yes, actually, his summons, the Supreme King Servant dragons can all drain attack points to zero, with Dark Rebellion in particular adding it to his strength. IIRC, Dark Rebellion drained Rise Falcon, who had 11000 atk, while Zarc has 4000. In ARC-V, a difference of 50 points is enough to 1-shot.

Also, im not well known in saint seiya at all, but "you cannot use the same techniche against a saint twice" doesnt sound like an actual power null, it sounds like a anime trope about figuring out your opponent as the fight goes on imo

How does his power null work? Power absorption is definitely a problem. Although, it's not something uncommon in the SS franchise, but we never seen Seiya in anyway be "attacked" or be confronted by it or with it...
