Seiya's strongest feats are through Miracles though. Doesn't Ikki have the exact same potential to get a miracle and win? All that requires is both of them burning their Cosmo to the maximum which both of them are more than capable of doing.

When it comes to Miracles you have to consider what Hades said to Aiolos in G.A.
