The Anti-Life Equation is optional equipment, so the Anti-Monitor doesn't have it unless the OP states they do.
I don't think the Type 4 is applicable because unless its been stated otherwise, it seems a "they will eventually return" thing that likely will happen after the twenty-four hours it would take to win.

If they are based solely on the utilization of the Anti-Life Equation, then yes. Otherwise no.

There’s nothing to restrict. If it’s not standard equipment, and the OP didn’t give ALE, it’s not usable in the match.

Also, I'm making an AM CRT for him to be low 1-C so this whole match might be null. Funny enough the evidence is through scaling to someone who is already low 1-C on this site and what's more, the scans are already on AM's page
