Someone's been enjoying BNHA vs Marvel matchups. Anyways, Kai has better hax, intelligence, and stamina, but Mister Negative has AP, Lifting Strength, Striking Strength, Durability and Range. Negative wins.

Overhaul scales to 3.19 tons while Negative scales to 3.65 tons. The AP difference is pretty much negligible

And considering both can hax with a touch, the lifting strength will hardly be helpful as that only really becomes a factor when you are trying to physically restrain or pin down your opponent

Range is his only notable advantage here
