Both can go all out if they'd like, though the High 7-C bioelectricity nearly killed Miles & Deku doesn't go into 100% from the getgo, using it as a last resort (And it kills him too)

Ok that makes things a lot more interesting. Both of these guys are gonna be extremely mobile Miles probabaly having more experience traversing by swinging while Deku has his own acrobatics and black whip plus LS to just throw a building at him. Miles’ invisibility and stealth aren’t working with danger sense in the way but he still has way more things to overwhelm Deku. Between healing/regeneration, gravity wells, and venom it’s only a matter of time before Miles begins beating down Deku. But then he’ll use his 100% to try and win and at that point the game changes to survival mode for Miles

I don’t think Miles would try and just escape the fight so he would need to hold back Deku or avoid him straight up until he dies down because one hit is ending him. Miles has his spider sense and perception manipulation (though idk if this’ll work because Deku is basically a boss) but it’s implied Deku actually gets faster while in Plus Ultra. I think Deku has my vote here as the argument for Miles avoiding his final attack is shaky and he won’t have enough energy to absorb to stand up to him either in the middle of NYC.
