As is stated in OP chapter 484, kuma can repel things at light speed.

It took luffy 3 days to reach Amazon Lily when kuma repelled him.
So thats 3 light days worth of travel.

3 light days = 48284397315.68 miles / 77706205114 km.

The solar system is around 9 billion miles in diameter.
48284397315 / 9 billion = 5.364.
The one piece world is at least 5.3 solar systems wide.
