One Piece Kuro Speed Upgrade

In the SBS, Oda says Shakushi and Soru are same speed. I think we should upgrade Kuro's speed to MHS+ or Likely MHS+

Seems fine honestly during the fight I've looke over the only time Kuro is hit seems to be when he doesn't activate the ability or when he makes an attack. All of Luffy's attacks were through wit and never outspeeding him.

But honestly "Far Higher" is also good since we don't know if a base Soru just grants that amount of speed.

That's honestly an anti-feat for CP9's Soru. I think we should ignore it.

Oda also said that Kuro can only run 100 meters in 4 seconds.

Yeah probably best not to take Ida's word when it comes to actual speed feats since Gazelle Man's speed is supposed to be impressive.

Luffy never bltized Kuro in that fight, he caught Kuro while he attacked but that's not outspeeding.
