that’s not how that works… they are titles that you can take/achieve any time, Luffy beat the strongest creature yet doesn’t have that title if I remember correctly
these titles aren’t facts they are simply titles you can get like the four emperors… unless there are actually statement of him being truly stronger than all swordsman then there’s no proof he truly is
there’s a reason why they confirm things like when they say in both name and reality
