Observation Haki has many times been shown to be able to react at superior speeds to their base reactions, especially with Doffy and Aisa. Some already have it in their speed rating, but it's better and faster to add it on the Haki page instead

Would look something like this
Statistics Amplification (Able to amplify their senses and react to things much faster than their base reactions[1][2][3])

Wouldn't that just be an application of their existing Precog and enhanced senses? Their stats aren't literally being amplified, it's just having precog naturally allows you to react better to any given attack.

Other precog users do the same thing, like...Spider-Man's Spider-Sense allowing him to react to stuff faster than his base speed.

their precog comes from being able to sense and react to their presence/intent first
Read the mind of the opponent and sense the next action to be taken! This ability can be applied in a variety of situations, such as avoiding an enemy's attack or foreseeing his/her movement to attack.

it is... It sharpens their senses, making them react quicker
Sharpen your senses and realize the presence!
It is a high spirit that detects the presence of creatures around you and their emotions. It is effective not only in battle, but also in foreseeing and avoiding danger!

Danger sense is something that just alerts you of danger, it doesn't allow you to react or counter fast stuff that's already happened (seen with doffy and aisa... They move and then they react to the movement afterwards)

It's true that Observation Haki can help you react to things faster than yourself. For example, Luffy can use Observation Haki to react to Kaido's Thunder Bagua but cannot dodge it even though Luffy can see the future, but I don't know if it can be counted as Statistics Amplification or not.

That's....that's an application of enhanced senses. Having better senses will allow you to react to things better. You're not getting PHYSICALLY faster, which is what statistic amplification typically entails.

I'm not saying it doesn't make them react quicker. I'm saying that, since by your own admission it allows them to react quicker by sharpening their senses, these examples could just be listed underneath enhanced senses instead.

But you are getting faster if you can react to things you can't react to with your base senses

No, as it wouldn't mean their reaction speed got quicker

The stat Amp page even suggests heightened senses to be a stat amp, and stat Amp are
These boosts are usually temporary and are specific to one or a number of statistics.

Got some examples of it improving upon their base reactions? The ones linked in the OP don't exactly show any comparisons.

we see it with doffy, wasn't able to physically react or see luffy at all, yet was able to put up arm haki before luffy hit him

Comparisons how? We don't know if they've "turned off" their haki for a comparison... Especially when it activates subconsciously
