Neutral on that, but either way, let's analyze the fight:
Lucci's advantages:
- Equal in strength in Hybrid (w/ Rokushiki), and stronger by a sizable extent with Awakening and especially Awakened Rokushiki
- Matches King's speed in Base and exceeds it with Hybrid and above by a pretty good margin.
- Better Buso
- Awakened Form can tank virtually all of King's hits, especially with Buso and Tekkai.
- Rokugan dura neg.
King's advantages:
- Range
- Durability
- Can badly hurt Lucci with Jackpot
Awakened Lucci uses his superior speed to get in close and use Rokugan, or King has his in-story PIS and drops the flames to get the speed advantage (although Lucci in Awakening is likely still faster), letting Lucci beat him down.

Hybrid Rokushiki Lucci is comparable to no-Hao G4, who could hurt Dragon Kaido.

I think people give way too much attention to the fact it "would have killed Zoro" and forget that Buso Zoro took it fine.

We use it IIRC for Base Wano Chopper, and IMO it is usable unless contradicted otherwise in-story.

Which is basically what Lucci and Luffy did to S-Bear. The last punch each of them does is shown to do an equal amount of "damage" to S-Bear.

There's a different between attacking in tandem and a combined attack.
I genuinely don't care about Sanji scaling to Zoro or vice versa. They're both peak regardless and can pack up anybody when fighting together.

Also I really love Jimbe man. You can tell he's been holding himself responsible for all that Arlong had done, tarnishing the Fishmen's name as well as the terror they caused in the sea.
