Given how Zoro > 1010 Luffy, and that Luffy could fight Kaidou for over half an hour, I don't think it's fetched to say that they could replicate what Yamato did.

She has these things, but not nearly as good as Sanji's, which is why they're wincons/advantages.

The word used for Core is "ボディ," which also means "torso" "body" and "trunk"
It's not the same as the core Sabo was referring to.
