I've got a bit of a theory. Yknow how the best Paramecias(special) are kinda like logias, and the best Zoans(Mythical) are kinda like Paramecias?
That means the best logias should be similar to Zoans, right? If so, I present Karasu. I'm not sure if he has a Logia or not, but I believe he does, and it's funnier if it is.

Clearly, he killed CP0 agents, could have injured Marco, and beat up Sulong Nekomamushi who definitely wasn't injured on his own with no help. Carrot and Wanda now each scale to half of his power, since they had to combine their attacks to hurt him.

Those agents were all as strong as Guernica, and Perospero did that attack Tao Pai Pai does with his tongue to kill all of them (with conqueror's Haki.)
