Because I think if I remember correctly he’s the strongest in his kingdom which would be more something like the strongest of the marines or revolutionary, I don’t think he’s the strongest giant race… dorry and brogy are pirates if I remember correctly and not apart of his empire?

Two: Again, Barto is a huge douchebag, he deserves to get beat up/killed.

Nah, that guy had it coming. He treated Luffy as unimpressive, made fun of him for not being able to save his brother from being ACTIVELY EXECUTED, then said he could do it easily. If he was really as strong as he said he was, Barto couldn't have gotten him.

Man was in the New World, part of a gladatorial competition, and publicly mocking another contestant. That's just asking to get cut.
