Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but:
Considering how Yamato in her Zoan forms scales to 67.2 Exatons while Sakura in BASE scales to 849.5 Exatons, I find it hard to believe that Yamato with only Intermediate Buso can dodge enough to not just get 1 tapped, especially with Sakura's ranged attacks, her own speed amp via Byakugo, and her own analytical prediction. Although Sakura's speed amps and analytical prediction are definitely inferior to Yamato's, it's not inferior to such an extent that Yamato can just ultra instinct dodge literally everything, especially if Sakura is terraforming the ground with every blow and any blow that actually connects would just rip Yamato in half
