I myself had problems with the 1-B ratings before. However, I will not bring up my past problems. However x2, due to the new tiering system revisions, I doubt those Dimensions are higher infinities

I went through the verse pages, and some of the ratings kindo don't make sense, so this can include some upgrades

Fern's son should have his possibly 1-B removed, being at least Low 2-C

Everton Morteus Balmer should be possibly Low 2-C, even though he wasn't 1-B in the first place

Dr. Phage should be Unknown, but should have Immeasurable speed for saying that 80 dimensions is a low number for movement

Molly Curdle should be at least Low 2-C via scaling to Fern's Son

The Parliament should be Low 2-C for both keys

Actually, with the exception of Everton Morteus, the Low 2-Cs should be anywhere from 2-C to 2-A because the existence of an unknown amount of universes and zones

The Parliament: 2-A (The Cake's death led to the creation of all life, zones, and layers) | Likely 2-A (Should not be incomparably weaker than their previous form)

Everton Morteus Balmer: At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A (Stated that he will eat the world and everything else)

Doctor Phage: Unknown (Should have Immeasurable speed due to "80 Dimensions is a hilarliously limited number for movement)

Dr. Staphanie Coccus: Unknown | At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A (Strong enough to trade blows with Ascended Balmer)

Maya Celia: Unknown | At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A (Strong enough to trade blows with Ascended Balmer)
