I feel like with the prep, Tesla can set traps that are effective against Raikou. Especially with Olympus showing what he can do with prep. I honestly think it's pretty 50/50 of does Raikou get in close to land a killing blow, or does Tesla stall long enough to NP. I'm leaning slightly towards Tesla thanks to the prep though.

If you ask me, with all of these 50/50 scenario (or 50/60 due of Tesla prep), this match result is incon at best, but that just me
