Does anyone have the quotes for Nicol Bolas' feats because quite frankly i read alot of Magic the Gathering but i guess i skipped over them. It would be appreciated.

Which ones? Stuff about his 4-A tier? Or 2-A tier? The latter will come from stuff like the Ice Age/Kamigawa eras and such, and thus will be harder to compile all direct quotes for as opposed to just accounts of what happened. The former is much easier, as almost all of it is available on Wizards' own website, right now.

Most of it is scaling to other things as opposed to direct action Bolas takes himself. For instance, he's canonically stronger than the gods of Theros, who are 4-A. There's also weakened Bolas defeating the eight gods of Amonkhet in combat, all of whom are directly connected to the plane's leylines, but that's likely closer to a High 4-C or 4-B feat going by the size of the plane.
His powers and abilities are rather scattered. Any in particular you want?

More or less his more interesting hax such as mind manipulation, acid rain, BFR, time manipulation, the one where he chose a future, Regenerationn and that's really it.
