New staff promotions

After input from most of the current VS Battles staff, the bureaucrats in this wiki have decided to promote the following members:

Discussion Moderators: Crimson Azoth, Sir Ovens, Warren Valio, PrinceOfTheMorning

Content Moderator: Steven Pogi Paitao

Administrators: Ultima Reality, MrKingOfNegativity

Big congratulations to all of them, and thanks in advance for all of their future help with managing this wiki.

ByAsura was also offered a discussion moderator position, but declined.

Also, big thanks to AKM sama for handling the hard work of organising all of the input in the staff recruitment survey for us.
