Also another question, Negi before had an unquantifiable Planet level feat with the huge explosion near planet Saturn (but there is no proper way to calc it) but since Nikitis Laps is confirmed Planet level by calcs, would it confirm Negi's unquantifiable AP?

If Negi is accepted as Planet level and it's a stomp then One Piece-verse gets help from Naruto-verse.

TBF, Negi doesn't blitz. The speed ratings are outdated, but the Top Tiers will have Rel+ speed, Observation Haki helps to react to SoL and Kizaru is confirmed to be SoL. But I agree he most likely stomps.

Well recently they are going to fight an actual lightspeed character in UQ Holder and speaking of light dodging, Eva was dodging lightspeed attacks in the flashbacks, I know its an outlier but it's about as outlier as One Piece feats can get.

Wouldnt 12 billion souls a lowball since that only includes the present? Ialda's powers include people that have died in the past from Earth and Mars, possibly Venus as well.

Yeah it might scale on the speed. But it should be Touta vs Shichijuro so that we can know that it would scale to him.
