Rules:

  • Attack Potency: (38 Exatons to 400 Exatons) (Willing to make exceptions)
  • Speed: Equalized speed in all matches
  • Distance: 50 meters apart from each other
  • Win: Win via killing or Incap or BFR (As long as both are not the first move for instant win)
  • Knowledge: Random encounters no prior knowledge to anybody
  • Participants: Total 14 Participants! One spot belongs to me
  • Location: All matches will take place Sky High in a levatation Mountain known as The Mountain of Doom. This place is 20000 m high in the sky floatting. Your character if fell from the mountain will die and you will lose the match, Be wise with your picks the land is jungle with giant sequoia trees.

Basically what I said in the previous fight applies here

He would CQC first with his massive sword compared to his 5'7 body, then ranged element attacks, then TK and then destruction flames and then stat mode but he would use stat mode or his destruction flames as a last resort if he needs to

Saturn can hit a god who's been alive for 1000's of years who can see into all futures despite being weaker and slower then him and can later fight and push him after a power up latter on in that same day, he has battled taiga who trained sense childhood to be the best magic user and swordsman thanks to her rich upbringing she did do that but Saturn almost beat her in their frist match and after fighting more of their own battles against more and more skilled foes (some of witch killed their parents who were even stronger and more skilled then they were in Saturn and taigas first fight) and even battled a crime boss who stole a gem that grants him immortality and Saturn beat him despite him being vastly more skilled then his underlings who can push Saturn in skill weeks prior before his final battle with this mob boss and this is all before be battled that God who can see into all futures

And he can attack while using TK

Negi resist magic since the beginning of the series and his resistance was used when he was extremely tired and low on mana reserves

He is now stronger, 3 times stronger than this guy and with even more mana reserves, everything magical is gonna be pointless

And Saturn regen is high? [if you can, send me what is Saturn´s key because I am lost with OC characters] Negi is one tier behind with Mid-High, but if Negi resist everything Saturn has via Magic resistance, this looks bad

And if I use third Key of Negi instead of four, he also has a speed boost and intangibility via using his Raiten Taisō, can Saturn hit pure energy beings of electricity?

Well Saturn has punched away lightning magic before and can punch Ghosts so yeah

Also this is Saturn's 3th key aka true dragon mode (note the spirt inside him can bring him back to life and regen a hole in his chest)
 
If I visit the pre-time skip profile, his regeneration is still low-mid

And the spirit could be sealed or even attacked by Negi

And yes, I found that explanation, but I though that his regen was high because when he faced Ata, people were arguing about his regen and if it was high I understand that, but with Low-Mid, that is garbage regeneration

Also, what happens if Saturn has all of his magic sealed?
 
Also, with the possibility of Saturn starting with TK can happen, Negi would power null the TK, and that if we argue that the potency of LS could surpass the magic resistance
 
He can still fight with his sword or self stat amp that can ap stomp people strong enough to vaporize him and speed blitz people faster then him

I don´t think the amp would make him stomp Negi, because Negi is 100 exatons away of 5-B and his regen nulls any damage unless is fatal, which is not gonna be if the sword does not destroy him beyond dust levels

And Negi stamina is almost limitless in 1 vs 1 because he is using the magic the opponent uses to replenish his own, and both can fight for 10 days at least (Saturn even more) without counting that

Plus, if Negi seals his magic, then Saturn is limited to ground level and jumping, while Negi can fly and spam
