Naruto with Kurama's Chakra can nullify Regeneration up to Low-Godly.

Naruto also has BFR and Sealing, as well as Magnetism Manipulation and Paralysis Induction (incap options).

I guess he can incap with LS, but sealing and BFR doesn't work. I don't think he ever uses magnet release or paralysis jutsu.

Paralysis jutsu doesn't paralyze for long enough to count as incap by SBA, Plus again even IF he can restrict or immobilize his opponent for a day why would he do so? He doesn't know that he'll win by immobilizing or restraining his opponent for a day.

If Naruto realizes that nothing works against Negi's Regeneration, he will be forced to resort to incap. Why would Naruto NOT do that, knowing that he may die if he doesn't restrain him in some way?

No, Its the fact that he wouldn't know he would win if he incapitates for a day. He never incaps for a long time, more so a day. In his perspective restraining someone does nothing because sooner or later they'll just get un-paralyzed

How far is the AP gap? Naruto scales to the full chibaku tensei yield in this key.

No he doesn't, he scales 2x above toneri's calc. He also scales far above it too.

I just assumed he does because of the ''+'' sign in the AP section.
Also, isn't Fused Momo already supposed to scale above 403 exatons? Who Naruto kept a decent pace against and defeated the latter with a Rasengan amplified by his own chakra that he offered to Boruto there?
