Soul hax that kills low godly with resistance to planetary soul hax, resistance to planetary mind hax, time stop, time slow, deconstruction, attack null/absorption/reflection, a bunch of resistances and a decent AP to the point nothing in 7-A can one shot him.

He sure isn't something bs like the strongest for every tier but I can assure you he is top 10 at the very least.
