Yeah Natsu is 723 Teratons, while Thanos is a lot higher than 392 Teratons

Natsu since Thanos is a melee fighter that doesn't have any resistance to fire so he's going to get burned and continue to be burned throughout the fight.

Natsu should beat Thanos for those reasons. With an AP difference being negligible at best here (at worst, Natsu has a slightly noticeable advantage), Thanos has never fought someone who'd put up a darn good fight against him yet. While Thanos is far from cocky or inexperienced, this'll be the fight of Thanos's life while for Natsu, this would be another final arc fight. Natsu is much more versatile than Thanos and outranges by quite a bit. Natsu'd win 9.9 times out of 10.
