Only the Fourth Raikage uses chakra to boost his reaction time, Naruto was not shown or stated to do so.

The Fourth Raikage could only do that because of his lightning chakra nature, which Naruto lacks.

Plus, Naruto's travel and combat speed was the same, the only thing Naruto could do in KCM that he didn't do in base was body flicker

I just scanned through the Kakashi Retsuden and the Kakashi Hiden and searched up "battle", "chakra", and "mode", not one thing came up for "battle mode".

Seth is the same one who thought the Kinshiki splitting words was valid even though it's a mistranslation, and he's the same one who uses shinobi as a chakra measurement.

Well I’ve never seen that scan seth was referring to nor have I seen other people actually show the scan when someone talks about it so idk if that’s the right novel but that’s the novel seth said in his video so I’m assuming it’s the kakashi Hiden novel

then again I’ve never read any novels beside the 2 Itachi novles and the akatsuki hiden novel so I’m not sure

I've read most of them, haven't seen that at all. Seth fans pull whatever they want from his videos, just like when they pulled all the stuff from Shisui's jutsu in his video to fit their own agenda.

Basically it's assuming that Shinobi use chakra to enhance all relevant aspects of fighting, like reaction, strength, dura, and so on.

In canon says no,
Only lightning release has been shown to enhance reaction speed.
Shinobi are only faster via chakra with body flicker and gates boosts.
Only some instances are they shown to have boost dura (like specific jutsus like Kakuzu's).
Naruto confirms that barely any shinobi enhance weapons with chakra since they're already sharp (can't throw it through a damn tree even while enhanced).
If it enhanced strength, then Sakura wouldn't be special.

So Does CM2 Sasuke one-shots EMS Sasuke (in base)? If Sasuke goes from base to ESM and he receives nothing physicals boost but only new abilities from EMS such as Humanoid Susanoo, Blaze Release, etc.. whereas Hebi Sasuke goes from base to CM2 and he receives a massive physical stats boost.

Sasuke's physical stats were massively boosted when he got Rinnegan and Six Path Chakra, did he not?

Pre revisions, Sasuke was mountain+ for the whole series and his only justifications were "should be comparable to Naruto" for everything above.
Jugo flat out confirmed that Sasuke was physically weaker because he lost the cursed mark.

Base Sasuke for all of Shippuden has been the same speed (debatably until Kaguya, he didn't have any speed feats that put him up there).

MS - EMS Sasuke only got Susanoo, Blaze Release, stronger Genjutsu, and thats it.

Sasuke flat out confirmed that he could time his attacks better when he got 3 tomoe sharingan, he never got faster.

The same Sasuke was shown to spam hax to compare to Naruto's straight on potency.
That Sasuke has no attack potency feats. After he learned Amaterasu, attack potency was out of the window.
Naruto actually had dura feats to put him up there. Naruto took a bunch of punches from the raikage while Sasuke needed his Susanoo just so his body didn't get splattered by a liger bomb.
Same level ≠ same AP, dura, speed, any of that.

Actually, his regen was because of the power of the white snake (absorbing Orochimaru), not the curse mark.
