Naruto has danger sensing, not precog. There's a huge difference. Naruto gets pushed out the way by instinct if an attack is close. Luffy sees the attack.

Luffy can do more damage to Naruto than Asta
Naruto has inferior Mobility and Precog than Luffy and can be harmed by dura negating attacks but can harm both Asta and Luffy with out major drawbacks

Again, he can't just predict and simply dodge everything. Naruto can also predict his movements. Luffy can't dodge tens of attacks that can't one shot him from different angles, while having to worry with Naruto himself and his arms. Also, the clones, that Naruto can hide.

naruto and Luffy can fly at high speeds in the air, Asta has homing attacks and Luffy has insane precog.

Naruto doesn't have innferior mobility, only with Kurama Avatar. He will only use that to protect against ranged attacks. He didnt use it against Madara though. Only against big enemies. His mobility is better than both of them, don't you play Storm 4?
