Multiverse War Role-Play (Semi-Serious RP)

I have this RP idea where a bunch of characters from different series' were put in this random place and told to fight in order to get infinite power from an unknown being.

Rules​

• Characters can be past 3-A in their source but are weakened down in this if they are past 3-A in source.
• Do not powerplay.
• Reality warping will not work here.
• OCs are allowed, characters aren't just locked to FC/OC.
• You can have up to 12 alive characters at a time.
• Battles can change in type. (Example: Turn-Based can be used and also other types of CRP.)

So, general questions about the rp.

I’m guess that how this works is we can claim characters, but…

1. Is it acceptable to roleplay as an alternate version of the character you pick.

2. Can you pick for example . 3 characters, but only use one and give that one the powers of the other two?

Edit: basically, if I wanted to make an alternate Tenten, with more powerful ninja tools could I do that lol

That's totally fine dude, it seems to be going at a relatively slow pace atm, but it's up to you obviously
