Multiverse War Role-Play (Semi-Serious RP)

I have this RP idea where a bunch of characters from different series' were put in this random place and told to fight in order to get infinite strength from an unknown being.

Rules​

• Characters can be past 3-A in their source, but I would prefer if you don't add that tier level of character.
• Do not powerplay.
• Reality warping will not work here.
• OCs are allowed, & characters aren't just locked to FC/OC.
• Battles can change in type. (Example: Turn-Based can be used and also other types of CRP.)

So, general questions about the rp.

I’m guess that how this works is we can claim characters, but…

1. Is it acceptable to roleplay as an alternate version of the character you pick.

2. Can you pick for example . 3 characters, but only use one and give that one the powers of the other two?

Edit: basically, if I wanted to make an alternate Tenten, with more powerful ninja tools could I do that lol

A free for all for infinite power doesn’t work when most of the guys submitted here are morally good and would never hurt or kill others for self gain. Especially since they have allies/family with them as well. Maybe some new incentive like a tournament for a wish or everyone’s worlds being destroyed if they lose would give reason to fight among themselves.
