Except that Papyrus' attacks targets the soul. Being rubber won't be that much of a great help.

Yeah the Soul Manipulation kinda screws Luffy over here. Does this work instantly or over time?

Each of his attacks hurts the soul. It's certainly not a one shot but it would help bypass dura.

Well going by his weakness it seems he's simular to Vash the Stampede where as he doesn't like to actually fight or harm. But I'm assuming SBA takes care of that?
Yeah if he can constantly spam his bones then i don't see Luffy taking this. His rubber body can protect him from the physical damage from said attacks but it won't help against the Soul Hax part.
